produces all-aluminum dump bodies for all sizes of trucks, in
both the Conventional "Square" type body, as well
as the "Elliptical" version. These bodies have
the same style characteristics as their steel counterparts,
but feature some unique standards that are only available
in Aluminum. These bodies are typically constructed with
.190 5052-H32 fronts & sides, .250 -or- .375 6061-T6
tailgates, and .250 -or- .375 5086 alloy floors.
J-CRAFT's
aluminum body includes the unique, specially extruded tubing top
rails and (optional) extruded walk/tarp rails. These two
extrusions match for styling, and add ruggedness to the body
that is not available with standard tube & flat extrusions.
Our exclusive Huck-Bolted I-BEAM longsills give you unmatched
strength in our crossmemberless understructure.
J-CRAFT's
elliptical body is especially designed for the ability to
line the interior cavity with Heat-Resistant Plastic
sheeting for the Asphalt Industry. This poly material
will extend the life of your body 4:1, and also aid in the
immediate release of asphalt products. Each body is
wire-feed welded, utilizing our 20+ years of experience in
aluminum construction, to give you the best appearing, best
durability, and the best styling available in the industry.
