Welding/Assembly Department

J-CRAFT'S skilled welding staff enhances productivity by utilizing over-head feeders, which keeps the work area floor clean of obstructions.  With the aid of intricate fixtures, and a modular assembly process, you can be assured that every product is assembled the same way, time after time.  With the addition of our robotic welder, we achieve superior quality on all of our higher volume products.  Our staff is trained in solid wire, flux-core wire, solid core wire, and aluminum welding processes.

   Prep/Paint Department

J-CRAFT'S paint facility is one of the finest in the region.  Our prep area utilizes grit blasting to insure removal of all scale & debris from the metal surfaces, producing the best possible bonding surface for the application of Epoxy primer.  Our painters work in well lighted down-draft paint booths, while spraying primer and 2K polyurethane paints.  When needed, the application of infrared lights help bake the finish faster.

Installation/Service/Parts Department

The quick servicing of your truck is our goal.  With the use of 13 drive-in service bays, J-CRAFT can perform new installations or repairs to trucks in a timely manner, getting you on the road sooner.  Our well stocked parts department is centrally located within our service department, to better serve the needs of the mechanics, as well as the general public.  Our mechanics periodically attend refresher/training sessions, dealing with the ever-changing world of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and D.O.T. regulations.  Our mechanics are well versed in Welding procedures, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Mechanical processes.

Transportation Department

J-CRAFT provides the optional service of transporting your vehicle to and from our facility.  Our veteran drivers take pride in moving your truck with the best of care.  So, if your schedule doesn't allow you to bring your truck to us, or to pick it up, our drivers would be more than happy to help you out.
